28/03/2009 | Sicted Quality Accreditation   We are proud to inform you that we have been accredited the SICTED quality accreditation. This belongs to the initials of the Integral System of the Tourist Quality in Destination, which is a project framed within the Integral Plan of Quality of the Spanish Tourism (PICTE), that seeks to involve all the agents of the destination, with the purpose of reaching an homogeneous level of quality and to achieve the positive perception and, obviously, the tourist’s satisfaction. This way, the Administration can coordinate and integrate the performances undertaken under a common objective. Being EXCELLENT requires total leadership commitment and acceptance of the basic principles on which our organisation bases its behaviours, activities and initiatives. When the organisation turns them into practice it opens the access to sustainable excellence. And we are waiting for the Instituto Cervantes accreditation; we will let you know!
